The Vinyasa yoga (Monday at 7:00 pm, Tuesday & Thursday at 9:15 am, Saturday at 9:30 am): This class allows students to link the breath with movement throughout practice. Sequences are designed to generate strength, flexibility, and concentration in a fun atmosphere. Suitable for all levels. The Explore yoga (Friday at 10:35 am): This class allows new students to learn the basic movements and breathing patterns. The sequences are designed for beginners to generate strength, and flexibility in an encouraging atmosphere. The Slow Flow yoga (Wednesday at 7:00 pm): This class is a blend between Hatha and Slow Flow yoga styles. Students will be challenged to breathe with movement throughout in a more challenging slower paced environment. These sequences are designed for flexibility in a fun atmosphere.
High Intensity Interval Training - Mon at 9:30 a.m. // Wed at 9:30 a.m. //Fri at 9:30 a.m.
High Intensity Interval Training is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.
Strong by Zumba
Thur at 10:35 am // Tues 7:00 pm // Sat 9:30 am
In STRONG by Zumba, you stop counting reps and start training to the beat! STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every move. Every squat, lunge, and burpee has a beat. In STRONG by Zumba, when the beat drops, so will we! Unlike traditional Zumba, STRONG by Zumba is not a dance class.
Zumba Fitness - Tuesday & Thursday at 5:45 p.m. // Monday & Wednesday at 10:35 a.m.
Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
Cardio/Strength/Power - Thursday at 5:45 p.m.
CSP combines cardio, strength, and power exercises in circuits of timed intervals for a total body workout and maximum calorie burn.
Boot Camp - M/W/F 5:30 AM // Sat 9:30 am
This class is an outdoor fitness and will challenge you no matter what your level of fitness is.
Cardio/Strength/Core - Tuesday at 10:35 am.
This class is an athletic based class designed for everyone using circuits, body weight, equipment, drills, and plyometrics.
