This vinyasa yoga class allows students to link the breath with movement throughout practice. Sequences are designed to generate strength, flexibility and concentration in a fun atmosphere.  Suitable for all levels.

High Intensity Interval Training - Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9:30 a.m.
High Intensity Interval Training:  is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.

Boot Camp 

Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.
Boot Camp is a class for people who want to test their physical limits and push beyond their normal routine. It is an exciting, fast-paced cardio and resistance training program led by certified instructors, and designed to test your physical and mental limits.

Zumba Fitness - Tuesday & Thursday at 6 p.m. // Monday & Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Cardio/Strength/Core - Monday and Wednesday 6 p.m.
This class combines the best of everything. 20 minutes of the class will be dedicated to cardio, 20 minutes will be spent on strength training, and the last 20 minutes will condition your core.

Yoga - Saturday 10:30 a.m.
This is a slower-paced vinyasa class where poses are held for longer periods of time. Equal emphasis is placed on building strength and balance, breathing mindfully, increasing flexibility and calming the mind. Suitable for all levels.
