James grew up in south Texas, where he attended and played football for Southwestern Assemblies of God University and transfer to University of North Texas. James started his professional career in fitness in 2001. Since then he as worked with multiple large fitness chains as a personal trainer, regional fitness manager, and general manager. James and his wife Patty have been married for 15 years and they have two daughters Victoria and Kailey. James enjoys spending time to participating in triathlons and lifting weights.

Eric grew up Durham, North Carolina and has (almost) literally been a Hope member his entire life. He started attending Hope when it was launched in 1994 and grew up through the youth programs. He grew up a huge Duke fan, and although he graduated from North Carolina State with a degree in Sport Management in 2008, he never lost the royal blue roots. He can be found serving in KidCity on the weekends and loves acting like a big kid with his son Hudson and wife Morgan.
Joseph became a personal trainer in 2013, with certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), because he wanted to people live a happy and healthy life. With the motto: “Define yourself by the intent of your actions.” Joseph wants to help make your next move the best move. When he is not counting reps, you can find Joseph writing poetry.

Emily Tadepalli became a licensed Zumba instructor in 2009 and has taught in West Virginia, Ohio, and now here in North Carolina. An elementary teacher by day, Emily is an avid reader and runner, and she has finished 15 half marathons. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Sarah Schall is a motivator for healthy families. As a mom to 4 beautiful children, she's passionate about walking along side other parents as they learn how to model and lead a healthy lifestyle. She desires to build up the hearts, minds and bodies of others to be strong and healthy inside and out. In addition to her work at Sarah Schall Wellness, she has developed a mentorship program called "Inside-Out Strong" where she teaches teen/tween girls how to be strong on the inside and the outside. She is a former volleyball athlete, Health and PE teacher, volleyball coach and a strength and conditioning coach at Triangle Volleyball Club.

Tiffany Greene began practicing yoga several years ago after attending an outdoor yoga class. She loved the challenge of the postures, the breath work and especially the extreme relaxation at the end of class! She began her journey through books and focused on developing her personal home practice. Then she began taking group classes and went on to earn her RYT-200 with Dharma Richards at Yoga Garden of Apex in 2014. Tiffany has a background in social work and her heart is service focused. She enjoys delivering Meals on Wheels, volunteering at church, going on mission trips and leading Bible study groups. As a yoga teacher she loves watching the journey unfold in her students' lives, on and off the mat. She values the transformation that yoga can provide in strength, flexibility and overall wellness. Her classes are Vinyasa style and usually include an eclectic twist. She strives to provide a safe and nurturing environment while providing plenty of opportunity for growth. Tiffany has a wonderful husband, two beautiful girls and a sweet old dog. She believes yoga is a special tool that allows us to thread together our lives. Tiffany likes to consider life as a moving meditation that connects her to Christ through prayer, breath, body and mind.

Growing up on a farm in Harnett County taught me the value of faith, friends and family. My fitness career started in 1990 and I became a personal trainer in 2001. I have taught step, cycling, water aerobics, swim lessons, jazzercise, pilates, Zumba, weights, kettle bells, TRX, treadmill classes, HIT and Children's classes. My favorite classes are Boot Camps and Kickboxing. I have trained over 200 people of all ages and skill levels.

Patera Foye-Fuller lives in Holly Springs with her husband and 2 children. She attends Hope Community Church in Apex. Patera has been a yoga practitioner for 11 years. In 2015, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training through InnerLight Yoga School in Cary, NC. She also teaches yoga at the WakeMed Health Park and within the community. Additionally, Patera is a Registered Nurse at WakeMed and a candidate for graduation in December 2017 from Duke University as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Michelle developed a passion for fitness later in life while training for her first mud run. Inspired by Romans12:1, Michelle went back to school at The National Personal Training Institute and became a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. She is also a nutrition coach and has certifications in Kettlebells and Suspension Training. She believes in making the best version of you from the inside out through nutrition and training. She enjoys lifting weights, scuba diving, cooking, and going to the beach.

I have been practicing Yoga since 1991 and was certified in Power Yoga and began teaching in 1999. Through the years I have continued my studies in various styles of Yoga; including Pre/Post Natal, Aerial, Vinyasa Flow and Zen Yoga. I also have continuing education in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Meditation and Pranayama and Anatomy and Physiology. I believe in creating a supportive and non-competitive atmosphere in which Yoga practitioners can learn and grow and believe Yoga should challenge and enrich us, while complementing our experience of life. My classes are fun, personable, educational and suited to the individual students' needs. I'm also a certified Holistic Health Coach, where I work privately and teach seminars on stress management, nutrition and wellness.

Caroline attended her first Zumba class in 2013 and was instantly hooked! After being a student for several years, she became a licensed Zumba instructor in 2016. Caroline strives to create a supportive, high energy environment in her classes for people of all backgrounds. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing everyone’s smiles, regardless of dancing ability. Additionally, Caroline is a licensed Strong by Zumba instructor. Caroline has over 15 years of formal dance training, is a former elementary school teacher, and is the owner/designer of a faith-inspired jewelry line, Runs On Grace. Both Caroline and her husband are North Carolina natives, and they live in Apex with their two children and two dogs.
