About James
James grew up in south Texas, where he attended and played football for Southwestern Assemblies of God University and transfer to University of North Texas. James started his professional career in fitness in 2001. Since then he as worked with multiple large fitness chains as a personal trainer, regional fitness manager, and general manager. James and his wife Patty have been married for 15 years and they have two daughters Victoria and Kailey. James enjoys spending time to participating in triathlons and lifting weights.

About Eric
Eric grew up Durham, North Carolina and has (almost) literally been a Hope member his entire life. He started attending Hope when it was launched in 1994 and grew up through the youth programs. He grew up a huge Duke fan, and although he graduated from North Carolina State with a degree in Sport Management in 2008, he never lost the royal blue roots. He can be found serving in KidCity on the weekends and loves acting like a big kid with his son Hudson and wife Morgan.

About Suzanne
Suzanne Petersen teaches a slow vinyasa style yoga class with elements of deep stretching and challenging strength and balance poses. She has been a yoga practitioner for over 17 years and acquired her teaching yoga certification in 2016. She has another certification in teaching Holy Yoga, which incorporates Christian scripture throughout the yoga practice, and is also certified in teaching chair yoga, for those who are limited in their abilities. Her teaching style reflects her principles of a balanced life through mind, body, spirit integration on and off the mat. She seeks to build community in her classes, valuing connection with all of her students. Her other passion is 19 years of playing tennis in which she competes with teams in tournaments throughout the year and is a board member with the Western Wake Tennis Association. Suzanne loves serving in the community for many charitable causes. Suzanne and her husband of 28 years love living in Holly Springs, having moved from Connecticut. They have 3 grown children and 3 growing dogs. Suzanne is also CPR certified and has a BA degree in Communications/journalism.

Sarah Schall is a motivator for healthy families. As a mom to 4 beautiful children, she's passionate about walking along side other parents as they learn how to model and lead a healthy lifestyle.  She desires to build up the hearts, minds and bodies of others to be strong and healthy inside and out.  In addition to her work at Sarah Schall Wellness, she has developed a mentorship program called "Inside-Out Strong" where she teaches teen/tween girls how to be strong on the inside and the outside. She is a former volleyball athlete, Health and PE teacher, volleyball coach and a strength and conditioning coach at Triangle Volleyball Club.

About Tiffany
Tiffany Greene began practicing yoga several years ago after attending an outdoor yoga class. She loved the challenge of the postures, the breath work and especially the extreme relaxation at the end of class! She began her journey through books and focused on developing her personal home practice. Then she began taking group classes and went on to earn her RYT-200 with Dharma Richards at Yoga Garden of Apex in 2014. Tiffany has a background in social work and her heart is service focused. She enjoys delivering Meals on Wheels, volunteering at church, going on mission trips and leading Bible study groups. As a yoga teacher she loves watching the journey unfold in her students' lives, on and off the mat. She values the transformation that yoga can provide in strength, flexibility and overall wellness. Her classes are Vinyasa style and usually include an eclectic twist. She strives to provide a safe and nurturing environment while providing plenty of opportunity for growth. Tiffany has a wonderful husband, two beautiful girls and a sweet old dog. She believes yoga is a special tool that allows us to thread together our lives. Tiffany likes to consider life as a moving meditation that connects her to Christ through prayer, breath, body and mind.

About Patera
Patera Foye-Fuller lives in Holly Springs with her husband and 2 children. She attends Hope Community Church in Apex. Patera has been a yoga practitioner for 11 years. In 2015, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training through InnerLight Yoga School in Cary, NC. She also teaches yoga at the WakeMed Health Park and within the community. Joining the Marines was no different. The bottom line is if I didn’t get better, one or three things were going to happen: I could get kicked out, I could get killed or worse get someone else killed.
